CBeam Router
Low cost entry level machine based on the CBeam Router from OpenBuilds. This is a 3 Axis CNC router with a 300mm X 300mm work envelope. Uses a Teensy 4.1 based breakout board for grblHAL.
Mechanical: moving bed fixed gantry, V-Slot rails, Acme Screws.
Steppers and drivers: NEMA 23 motors, TB6600 drivers.
Spindle: DeWalt DWP611 Router, relay controlled 120 VAC.
Power: 24 VDC. Stepdown to 12 VDC for relays. 5 VDC from microUSB connector.
Control: grblHAL running on a Teensy 4.1.
